The main activities of the company are the following:
1) Agency services activity related to commercial agency in the sale of refractories manufactured by Zaklady Magnezytowe “Ropczyce” S.A. (www.ropczyce.com.pl) (hereinafter “ZMR”) on the territory of Ukraine, Lithuania, etc., for and on behalf of “ZMR”. Business activity involving all actions aimed at conclusion, by ZMR, of agreement with individuals/third parties, the subject of which is the sale of refractories.
Management of the company is having the long established good business connections with different Ukrainian and European companies that manufacture and sell products for metallurgical industry, it allows the company to provide the effective agency professional services for increasing sales volume of manufactured refractories from “ZMR”. Also, the company has been supplying a different raw materials for several big metallurgical plants in Ukraine, like chromite sand, and others.
2) Agency and consulting services for the organization the toxicological and hygienic assessment of different products for protection plants and saving crops, manufactured by global crop protection producers like ADAMA Agriculture B.V., Amsterdam (NL) (www.adama.com), ASA Chemical Group Limited, Cyprus (https://asachemical.com.cy/about-us/).
Management of the company is having a plenty connections with owners in agriculture sector in Ukraine (big agriculture holdings, group of farms, etc.) Due to this, it allows the company to provide the agency professional services for increasing sales volume of manufactured products for protection plants and saving crops from ADAMA Agriculture B.V., Amsterdam (NL) and ASA Chemical Group LTD, Cyprus.
3) Agency trading activities of different engineering equipment, different raw and building materials for supply to different production industrials and big industrial projects in Ukraine and EU.
